This role oversees supplier management and indirect sourcing across the APAC region, driving cost efficiencies, performance improvements, and commercial value. The Supplier Relationship Manager will partner with global stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies, lead negotiations, and elevate supplier capability with Korean proficiency required for cross‑border collaboration.

Job Description

  • Execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as MRO, PPE, tools, consumables, and facility services.
  • Manage supplier relationships end‑to‑end: evaluation, onboarding, performance, compliance, and development.
  • Lead negotiations and contract development for initiatives up to ~$1M in value.
  • Analyze spend patterns to drive savings, consolidation, and demand insights.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (operations, engineering, finance) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks to guide sourcing decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Korean language required.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in procurement, indirect sourcing, or supplier relationship management.
  • Strong background in industrial indirect categories (MRO, PPE, tools, consumables).
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience managing high‑value supplier contracts.
  • Experience working in multinational or global industrial environments.
  • Proficient in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, SAC, etc.) and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functionally and operate with high ownership.
  • Fluent in Korean and English (both required for this role).
