Job Description

The Product Manager - Interventional Portfolio will lead the full spectrum of marketing responsibilities for assigned products, partnering closely with sales, clinical, medical affairs, and regional counterparts. You will create, refine, and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand performance, strengthen customer engagement, and support the commercial growth of the Interventional portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and business plans for the Interventional portfolio in alignment with regional strategy.
  • Drive sales, market share, and profitability targets for assigned products.
  • Lead market research, pricing, and competitive analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Manage the marketing mix: communications, promotions, digital activities, and regional events.
  • Support and guide country teams in delivering successful product launches.
  • Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and country teams to strengthen key customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor, track, and report marketing performance and budget effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional partners in demand planning and forecasting processes.

You are a strong match if you have:

  • Solid experience in product or brand marketing in medical devices.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfortable evaluating markets, competitors, pricing, and commercial performance.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams (sales, clinical, medical, regulatory, regional marketing).
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence.
  • Experience leading or supporting new product launches.
  • High attention to compliance, quality, and regulatory policies.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and execution-focused mindset.
