It was set up by a group of fintech and financial services industry veterans backed by world-class investors who have the vision and capabilities to provide better and more inclusive financial services through a combination of technology, product design, security, data analytics, and a relentless focus on customer service.The team is united by their experiences of building leading financial services and tech companies in various parts of the world and by their desire to apply our experience and modern technology to benefit millions of Filipinos.Job DescriptionProduct Manager (MSME) Key Duties:Product Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for SME lending, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.Define product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business priorities.Product Development and Launch:Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to conceptualize, build, and launch new SME lending products.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and ensure smooth product development and delivery.Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee a seamless customer experience.Product Performance and Optimization:Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with data analysts to derive insights from customer data, user behavior, and market trends, using this information to optimize products.Implement A/B testing and user feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance product usability and functionality. Customer Engagement and Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns to drive product adoption.Provide product training and support to internal teams, customer service, and relationship managers to ensure a deep understanding of the SME lending products.The Successful ApplicantProduct Manager (MSME) Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldProven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SME lending from fintech companies or traditional banksStrong understanding of SME lending products, market dynamics, and customer needs.Exceptional project management and leadership skills with a track record of delivering successful products.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize product performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product strategies effectively.Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in the financial industry.Has experience in handling multiple markets, Philippines includedAble to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.What's on OfferThe successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, hybrid work set-up, and flexible hours.
