Job Description

  • Provide senior leadership to a large, geographically distributed finance organization, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating complex financial results into clear, actionable insights.
  • Own financial performance management, including KPIs, dashboards, and service level outcomes across Record‑to‑Report processes.
  • Oversee project financial execution including revenue recognition, cost control, WIP, unbilled revenue, cash flow, and margin performance.
  • Serve as a senior authority on complex accounting judgments, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and internal controls.
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on standardization, automation, and scalable global delivery models.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience in large, multinational or project‑based organizations.
  • Proven senior leadership experience managing large teams in shared services or global delivery environments.
  • Strong background in Project Accounting, Financial Controlling, and Record‑to‑Report.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606 / IAS 11), and SOX controls.
  • Experience with major ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Blackline, or similar).
  • Executive‑level stakeholder influence
