Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support project finance structuring and execution for energy projects
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility, returns, and risks
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects
  • Conduct commercial and financial analysis to support decision-making across projects
  • Support negotiation of commercial agreements and financing arrangements
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within the energy sector

The Successful Applicant

A Project Finance Senior Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field with expertise in project finance.
  • Excellent skills in financial modeling and analysis for large-scale projects.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements effectively.
  • Knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry, particularly in the Philippines or similar markets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
