Job Description

  • Manage and deliver multiple technology projects within the Southeast Asia region, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project management processes.
  • Lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Southeast Asia Project Management Lead should have:

  • A degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Go-getter or game-changer type, aligned with agency/talent quadrants. Not passive-should be proactive and quick to pick up new concepts.
  • Preferably from a startup or scale-up background, with exposure to enterprise-level product implementations.
  • Proven experience in managing technology projects within the Technology industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving project goals.
