Job Description



  • Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget


  • Leads the initiation and planning of projects, ensuring technical feasibility and clear execution plans


  • Ensures optimal resource availability and allocation across initiatives


  • Develops detailed plans to monitor and track project progress effectively


  • Coordinates with internal teams and external partners for seamless project execution


  • Manages relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction


  • Measures project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies


  • Conducts risk management analysis to mitigate potential project risks


  • Reports on progress and escalates issues to upper management as needed


  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation for transparency and continuity


  • Acts as an ambassador for operational excellence and drives continuous improvement initiatives


  • Determines, assigns, tracks, and manages project tasks, documentation, and time according to internal standards


  • Supports business and technology teams during project delivery when needed


  • Leads and drives cross-functional continuous improvement projects and initiatives


  • Designs or redesigns processes to enhance task execution and ensure effectiveness and quality


  • Promotes the adoption of standardization tools and concepts to stabilize and improve business performance


  • Analyzes current business processes, identifies gaps and pain points through process mapping


  • Facilitates walkthroughs with stakeholders to validate documented requirements and secure approvals


  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to recommend IT solutions and process improvement plans


  • Provides best practices and fosters a lean and agile mindset across teams

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in project management and related functions


  • Bachelor's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field


  • Proven track record of leading projects through the full life cycle


  • Demonstrated proficiency in continuous improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, A3, Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, Change Management


  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices


  • Proven ability to lead programs, projects, or teams to successful completion, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills


  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams


  • Experience in process mapping using platforms such as Bizagi, Appian BPM, ProcessMaker BPM, or OutSystems is a strong advantage


  • Prior experience in the financial services sector (e.g., banking or financial institutions) is preferred


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage


  • Additional certifications in continuous improvement methodologies are highly desirable
