Job Description

  • Support the Program Director in overseeing the daily operations of the core banking modernization program, ensuring effective communication and coordination across different program streams.
  • Assist in program planning, scheduling, and tracking, ensuring that milestones are achieved and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Create and update program documentation, such as status reports, budget summaries, and meeting minutes, to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate workshops and develop communication content for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of program management processes and tools to improve team productivity and drive better program outcomes.
  • Assist in risk management by monitoring issues and risks, and helping to develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Assist with change management efforts by facilitating communication of changes and collecting feedback from stakeholders throughout the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-6 Years of relevant experience
  • Must have proven experience in a project managment or program support within IT/Technology function in the banking sector.
  • Must have experience in Philippines (preferably) market or Asia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills communicating effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Profeciency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, capable of supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
  • Good to have: Knowledge of core banking systems
