Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Oversee the testing of ERP systems, focusing on integration, usability, and data accuracy.
  • Manage manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with developers and stakeholders to define requirements and test cases.
  • Identify and track defects while driving resolutions for seamless product releases.
  • Continuously improve QA workflows, tools, and team productivity.
  • Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure applications meet defined standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: At least 5 years in Quality Assurance, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience testing ERP systems and understanding their workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in QA tools like Selenium, Postman, and JIRA, with expertise in manual and automated testing.
  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile development environments.
  • Leadership: Exceptional team-building and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring QA teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in performance and load testing, and familiarity with cloud-hosted applications.
