Job Description of the R2R Process Management Director

  • Lead global intercompany process management for Record-to-Report, ensuring standardization and alignment across all regions
  • Drive transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and control enhancements
  • Manage intercompany reconciliation, eliminations, settlements, and end-to-end compliance
  • Oversee process governance, documentation, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Partner with global finance, regional controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders to harmonize processes
  • Lead and mentor a team of process managers and subject-matter experts
  • Oversee project management activities, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide analytics-driven insights to support decision-making and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Extensive experience in R2R, intercompany processes, and shared services environments
  • Strong background in process transformation, standardization, and project management
  • Ability to lead global stakeholders and navigate complex matrix structures
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and developing talent
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and automation technologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial governance
  • Experience working in multinational organizations or global process hubs
