The Record to Report Sr. Director will lead the RTR workstream within the APAC Shared Services in Quezon City, directly reporting to the Global RTR Workstream Leader. This role will be responsible for ensuring full compliance and accuracy in accounting and reporting across the APAC region, driving operational performance, and providing strategic guidance and direction.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Record to Report Sr. Director are:

  • Deliver strong operational results with a balance of investment and efficiency.
  • Drive measurable service impact through relationships, industry knowledge, and collaboration.
  • Establish robust controls and compliance while fostering continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance operational performance.
  • Build and maintain a talent-driven Shared Services workstream in APAC.
  • Ensure continuity and succession for critical roles while developing sustainable capabilities.
  • Lead continuous improvement using PPI methodology and emerging digital tools.
  • Promote innovation, efficiency, and collaboration to streamline operations and reduce costs.

The Successful Applicant

The qualifications of a Record to Report Sr. Director are:

  • Advanced degree and Professional Qualification in accounting or finance with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Strong management and leadership skills and knowledgeable in owning and leading projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of HFM, or equivalent financial application program, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to dive into details to find answers and solve problems when needed.
  • Track record of developing important relationships at all levels within an organization - and can operate effectively in a matrix reporting structure.
  • Possess a strong set of personal and business values that coincide with those of the 4Is.
  • Ability to thrive and navigate in a complex, global business environment.
