Job Description

  • Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
  • Drive new business development through lead generation, candidate references, and various industry events
  • Create revenue streams with both existing and new clients by cross selling/up selling capabilities accross different PageGroup brands and functions
  • Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the Technology Space
  • Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities
  • Consultative approach in client and candidate relationships, providing appropriate recruitment solutions for attracting candidates and market opportunities
  • Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients
  • Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, pre-screening, interview, and offer stages
  • Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or at least 1-2 years of working experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Psychology, or any related field
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • A background in Sales or Business Development is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, driven, and a willingness to always keep learning
  • Demonstrate the 5 core Page behaviours of Drive, Resilience, Teamwork, Initiative, and Influence

Nice to haves:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, ideally in technology.
