Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand and map hiring requirements of the business and sourcing strategies
  • Identify and utilise most effective channels for recruitment
  • Source candidates and assess qualifications through appropriate criteria
  • Screen and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide advice to hiring managers on offer management with candidates
  • Forecast talent needs, create talent pools, and develop talent pipelines
  • Innovate Talent Acquisition strategies in line with industry trends
  • Represent company in job fairs and industry conferences to build presence
  • Analyse recruitment data and recommends process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in Recruitment
  • Experience recruiting SAP professionals
  • Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
  • Critical thinker and strong negotiator
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
  • Adept in using different sourcing channels and resume databases
