About Our Client
A US based market leader in food retail which has established a significant network of distributors and customers globally. As the Asia business is growing, the company is seeking for a highly competent Regional Country Head, Asia.
Job Description
The Regional Country Head, Asia is responsible for setting & delivering annual growth plans and strategies for the assigned markets in SEA.
- P&L management
- Distributor management - Food service & Modern Trade retail accounts
- Customer development & trade marketing
- Joint business planning
- Develop effective RTM strategies and market penetration activities
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate should have an excellent track record in achieving consistent sales results and has been instrumental to overall business growth. Ideally, will have at least 15 years of combined commercial experience within Food service & FMCG retail channels setting.
- Previous P&L management required
- Previous experience handling multi-country operations is preferred
- Ability to work with considerable autonomy and lead a high performing team
- Strong motivation to win clients and succeed in the industry
