The company is a large organisation operating in the retail industry with a number of existing stores in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Store development & network expansion in the Philippines and other SEA countries
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Build and develop a high performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the organisation in local and international business activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in retail operations and proven track record in scaling
  • Background in the Philippines & ideally multiple countries is preferred
  • Hands-on and strong in execution as well as strategy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders - there are many local & global partners/ stakeholders
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
  • Mobile for travel and/or relocation
