Job Description

eCommerce Strategy:

  • Design strategic goals for each Southeast Asia market, formulate budget plans, and transform goals into executable plans
  • Develop and manage end-to-end analytics solutions from requirements gathering, establish key metrics, build data pipeline, dashboard, and analyze data to drive the performance of business operations
  • Go-to-market and brand growth plans for each local market
  • Evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs
  • Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape, support, and execute product goals.
  • Identify and share insights and learnings to develop scalable solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in e-commerce platform, consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with relevant experience
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
  • Big picture thinking, structured, organised, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimisation)
  • Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial
