With operation in more than 100 countries and a strong presence in almost every countries, this high-profile brand also continuously strives to innovate by increasing its sustainability initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint in the world.Job DescriptionThis is a key role to drive the growth of their business in Indonesia. Besides focusing on driving sales growth and driving strategic partnerships, other key responsibilities of these roles include:Ensuring that the specific assigned key account receive exceptional service and support. This is not limited to Indonesia, but also across the SEA region.Serving as the primary key contact for key account within the SEA region.Developing, maintaining long-term relationships with key decision makers.Ensuring high-level of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.Identifying the product gaps and needs and ensuring that they are being flagged up.Supporting the new store openings and operations to ensure the brands are being best represented at each store. Developing and executing account plans to achieve the regional sales target and revenue goals.Monitoring, reporting and providing forecasts on the customer performance. Leading negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring mutual profitable agreement.Collaborating with other stakeholders (operation, manufacturing, finance, marketing) to tailor offerings that best meet the need of the key account.Developing short-term and long-term objectives in order to drive profitability.Monitoring account performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and customer satisfaction.Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic planning.The Successful ApplicantThe key requirement for this role is excellent communication in English and ideally, you have to come from similar industry: active wear / retail / apparel. Other key requirement:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.At least 10+ years of working experience in key account management, sales or business development. Ideally, you have experience in managing regional key accounts.Proven track record in managing large, complex accounts.Excellent interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and presentation skill.Ability to work in a lean team setting, in a matrix organisation.Ability to analyse data and insights, and to inform decision-making.Self-motivated , results driven and highly customer-obsessed.Willingness to travel across multiple cities, in Indonesia and in the regional scope.Passionate about the brand, and the lifestyle that represents the client.What's on OfferYou will be working with a team that is of high integrity, and passionate about the brand that this client portrays.
