Job Description
The main responsibilities of the Regional Merchandising Manager includes:
Autonomy in multple aspects/ decisions such as steering the overall brand direction with the Creative Director, dictating collection cycles, reviweing and improving current processes/ systems/ guides.
Obtaining data, insights and leading market research.
Handles all commercial aspects per SKU.
Ensures the marketing commercial initiatives are in line with the merchandising goals and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Regional Merchandising Manager
- At least 10 years of experience in merchandising retail
- Proven track record in merchandising, similar exposure to the autonomy and responsibilities this role would entail
- End to end merchandising: buying, allocation, demand planning, strategy - execution, post- analysis, reports etc.
- Experience in handling fashion/ apparel
- Experience in handling a team
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset
- Great to have: Regional/ global exposure
