Job Description

  • Lead and manage full turnkey (FTK) projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and address any deviations promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee documentation and reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - FTK should have:

  • A strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or project management within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Experience working with Tower Companies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
