Regional Sales Manager for SEA is responsible for delivering annual commercial plans while setting the long-term strategic direction and growth aspirations for the assigned markets and customers.
The position focuses on driving business results through strong distributor management & customer development. P&L responsibility, sales leadership, distributor management, customer development & trade marketing, strategic planning & analysis.
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years+ experience in sales & business development within the Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably with strong experience in Cardiology
- Extensive background & expertise in customer development / trade marketing
- High performer with a track record of continuous progression
- Background handling additional SEA countries or working in another APAC market would be highly advantageous
