Job Description



  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with regional and global objectives. Lead the creation of marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market share.


  • Brand Building: Strengthen brand equity through targeted brand-building initiatives, ensuring brand positioning resonates with consumers and delivers sustainable growth.


  • New Product Development (NPD): Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products by collaborating with R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.


  • Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering cost-effective marketing initiatives.


  • Commercial Growth & Business Impact: Partner with sales and category teams to drive business performance, enhance market penetration, and optimize pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • Experience managing at least one direct report, providing mentorship, and fostering career development.
  • Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to brand growth, identifying and executing new opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion.
