Our dedication to innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity is what sets us apart, making us a brand that athletes and sports enthusiasts trust and rely on for their athletic journey.Job DescriptionAs the Retail Education Manager - Sports, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing training programs that equip our employees with the knowledge and skills essential for excelling in their roles.Design, develop, and implement training programs that cover a wide range of topics, including product knowledge, manufacturing processes, safety protocols, sales techniques, and company policies.Train store staff, enabling them to consistently achieve or exceed Mystery Shopping scores through effective training & development programsEnsure that all staff in consumer facing roles are trained in accordance with the global retail training standardsLead engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing employees, utilizing diverse methodologies including workshops, e-learning modules, hands-on training, and more.Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to support training initiatives, ensuring they reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.The Successful ApplicantMust have at least 3 years training, coaching and people development experience in a customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear/sports)Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.What's on OfferYou will have the unique opportunity to empower and impact the careers of our employees.
