Our client is one of the world's most valuable luxury fashion retail brand. They have a long standing history and are market leaders in luxury fashion. As they continue to expand in the Philippines, they are looking for a Sales Associate to come on-board and improve the team's sales.

Job Description

Retail Sales Associate - Luxury Goods

  • Reporting to the Boutique Manager
  • Responsible for handing all merchandise mix, and able to understand the product, pricing, maintenance, styling, and related professional knowledge
  • Performing day to day sales operations and client engagement
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to achieve relevant sales targets
  • Building long-term relationships with VIP and HNWI clients
  • Up-keeping customer loyalty and execute CRM events
  • Working with team members to accomplish KPIs
  • Maintaining visual outlook of the store and re-stocking of merchandise

The Successful Applicant

  • An entrepreneurship mentality and a sales-driven attitude, active listener & willingness to learn
  • Amenable to work on retail shift-hours and be based in the store
  • Familiarity with the luxury retail scene in the Philippines
  • Passion for retail industry and high awareness towards market, competitors and trends
  • Skilled in store operations, customer service, people management and training
  • Fluency in English & Filipino languages; ability to speak Mandarin, Fookien or Korean, strongly preferred
  • International education and/or work experience, strongly preferred
