The Successful Applicant

A successful Rewards & Operations Head should have:

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the FMCG industry.
  • Regional or Global exposure in compensation and benefits
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and align HR practices with organizational goals.
