Job Description

The Tech Lead is responsible for defining the technical vision and overseeing the automation of product forms and processes, including RPA tools like K2 Smart Forms, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, and Power Platforms (PowerApps and PowerAutomate). They lead agile, incremental delivery in a DevOps environment, driving collaboration across teams, mentoring junior developers, and working closely with product managers, business analysts, and Solution Architects. The Tech Lead also ensures the continuous improvement of the delivery pipeline by partnering with operations and implementing designs that meet the needs of IS/IT stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in design and implementation within IS/IT, specializing in Agile frameworks.
  • Extensive experience with development methodologies, including traditional design, Agile, rapid prototyping, lean start-up, KANBAN, and DevOps.
  • Background as a developer is an advantage and familiarity in the following tech stack: background as a developer, SAP, APIs, C#, Service Automations, Excel, VBA.
