Job Description

  • Successfully generate leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve sales targets for company products and services within specified markets, following the agreed sales plan.
  • Regularly update management with comprehensive reports on sales progress, renewals, and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients and accounts.
  • Engage with local regulatory bodies, banking, and fintech stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Strong communication skills and expertise in stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools and Microsoft 365.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of the banking and payments landscape and products within the Philippines.
  • Strategic, motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a high-growth, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
  • Proven experience in business development within financial services or fintech.
  • Background in banking, payments, or e-commerce technology is an advantage.

negotiable:

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales with a track record of closing large deals (total contract value over 500k USD).
  • Ability and/or experience in expanding the financial sector, both private and public.
  • Established network within the banking, fintech, and payments industries (both regional and local) and the broader financial sector.
