Job Description



  • Lead the strategic expansion of the company's presence across the region, identifying new markets and forging strategic partnerships.


  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by crafting and executing commercial strategies aligned with regional profitability goals.


  • Deliver high-value client solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance products and services.


  • Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, tailored solutions, and ongoing performance monitoring.


  • Champion operational excellence by implementing process improvements and leveraging data insights for smarter business decisions.


  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams to support business growth and client success across multiple markets.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven track record in B2B sales, bfsi operations, or management.
* Strong network within the financial services ecosystem; ability to generate revenue through strategic relationships.
* Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment is a plus.
