Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork within the sales organization.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Open to relocation and willingness to travel as needed.
