Our client is an established healthcare group offering oncology and specialty medical care. They are rapidly expanding and investing heavily in commercial capability to support their nationwide growth plans.

Job Description

  • Lead overall sales and business development strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Build relationships across multiple ecosystems to expand commercial partnerships.
  • Shape and execute go‑to‑market plans aligned with the organisation's growth targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle while working closely with marketing, operations, and leadership.
  • Mentor and develop a growing sales team, ensuring strong performance management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven commercial leader with around 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, including 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong background in FMCG, consumer health, or e‑commerce, used to fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Solid track record in business development - building partnerships, opening new channels, and driving revenue growth.
  • Comfortable working closely with marketing and key stakeholders, ideally with experience partnering with a Head of Sales & Marketing / Commercial Director / Country Manager.
  • Data‑driven and results oriented, with experience managing sales targets, sales funnels, and performance metrics.
  • Experience leading or building a small to mid‑sized sales team, including coaching, performance management, and setting clear KPIs.
  • Agile, hands‑on mindset - someone who can both set strategy and execute, given the organisation's relatively recent launch and growth phase.
