Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance and meet targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Support the development and training of the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Sales Director should have:
