Job Description

  • Develop and deliver the national sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-layered sales organisation
  • Drive revenue growth across major construction and infrastructure segments
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners
  • Ensure robust forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial governance
  • Work closely with technical, operations, and regional stakeholders
  • Represent the business in high-level client and industry engagements

The Successful Applicant

  • Seasoned sales leader with a minimum of 20 years' commercial experience
  • Licensed Civil or Structural Engineer (essential)
  • Additional background in Business Administration (BBA, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong experience within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sustained sales growth in complex, project-led environments
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing sales teams
  • Highly effective at developing long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders
  • International exposure or experience working within multinational environments is an advantage
