About Our Client

  • Provides consultation, integration and implementation services of various automation technologies for numerous institutions in the healthcare sector. With our experience and expertise in deploying hospital-wide systems.
  • Assist more healthcare institutions in managing the planning, implementation and maintenance phases of automating the various areas of their inpatient and outpatient operations.

Job Description

  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Ensure follow up with customers for payments and various administrative requirements.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the company.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electric, Mechanical, IT Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
* Proven work experience of 5-7 years in solution sales.
* Experience managing a high-performance sales team.

Requirements
* Strong communication and team management skills.
* Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
* An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
* Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
* Availability to travel as needed.
