Job Description

  • Translate growth ambitions into a country sales strategy spanning air, sea, and cross‑border offerings.
  • Lead and develop the sales organization-set expectations, coach to targets, and recognize performance.
  • Run a disciplined pipeline/forecast process, ensuring accurate reports and CRM utilization against KPIs.
  • Track market signals and competitor moves; shape pricing and value propositions with leadership input.
  • Serve as the senior escalation for complex opportunities and strategic customers to secure long‑term loyalty.
  • Work with Operations, Customer Service, and Technology to stitch together reliable, integrated solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • At least 5 years in freight forwarding sales, leading teams or multi‑team structures.
  • Proven history of commercial strategy execution that drives revenue growth and market share.
  • Working mastery of international logistics, INCOTERMS, customs processes, and Southeast Asia trade nuances.
  • Strong leadership presence with coaching, motivation, and performance management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
