Job Description

  • Sales Manager must create sales and trade marketing strategies to achieve targeted volume and area share growth.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps to maximise the trade programs and provide insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of area sales strategies.
  • Strengthen internal cross-functional relationships as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key business partners.
  • Build and manage effective field sales force with upskilling programs, performance management and ultimately developing the brand's future talent pool

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideal Sales Manager will have 8 - 10 years experience in Sales, Trade Marketing - specifically General Trade
  • Excellent Team Management skills
  • Strong field sales and multi channel exposure
  • Would have a background from the alcohol, beverage and tobacco industry
