Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Safety Leadership: Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Business Planning: Develop strategic business plans focused on sales, profitability, and operating expenses; monitor and analyze performance.
  • Account Management: Direct service strategies to meet profitability targets and improve sales performance; maintain key customer relationships.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring a collaborative and engaged environment.
  • New Business Development: Drive customer prospecting and oversee contract negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Required: Strong sales experience, leadership skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities; fluency in English and local language; extensive travel required.
  • Preferred: 10+ years in the industry and a relevant bachelor's degree.



The ideal candidate should be adept at building effective teams, possess strong business acumen, and have the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
