Job Description

As a senior leader in the organisation, you play a vital role in overseeing the total Modern Trade business.

  • Strategy & business planning
  • P&L accountability
  • Distributor management, key account management
  • New business opportunities
  • Work with customer marketing, supply chain, sales operations team
  • Manage a team of Key Account Managers
  • Reporting to Head of Commercial

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally, Sales Manager, Modern Trade, will have at least 7 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Modern Trade key account management and distributor management.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Established relationships with supermarkets, drugstores, CVS, wholesalers.
  • Must possess strong negotiation, stakeholder management abilities.
  • Can thrive in a lean, multi-cultural and autonomous environment.
