Job Description

  • Lead the TC/IC tool sales team to achieve P&L targets and business objectives in the Philippines.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities with assigned accounts.
  • Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts to foster customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Directly manage key importing customers while overseeing a team of Sales Specialists focused on Traditional Channel Dealerships.
  • Collaborate with assigned accounts to create and execute sales strategies that drive growth in the Philippine market.
  • Ensure timely execution of sales activities as outlined in the sales plan, monitoring progress against established milestones.
  • Lead the Traditional Channel Team to expand the network of dealerships and increase product shelf space.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to plan and implement events and promotional activities that boost brand awareness and market share.
  • Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure product forecasts align with the strategic sales plan and meet the needs of assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts through regular collaboration and communication.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance to track progress against targets and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports outlining performance, progress, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Address customer and distributor inquiries and issues related to product information, marketing programs, orders, deliveries, invoicing, payments, and other matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the tools and outdoor business, with a solid technical background (preferably engineering) and a proven ability to manage relationships with distributors and dealers. They will bring at least 3-5 years of people management experience, successfully leading a sales team and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Finance. With strong leadership, technical knowledge, and industry expertise, they will drive growth and team success while fostering strong business relationships.
