Job Description

  • Manage and identify customer ́s business development at different stages
  • Oversee and execute in-store visibility, product planogram and excellence in merchandising
  • Consistent analysis of market situation and SKU performance to identify action plans
  • Ensure targets are met through consistent delivery of Net Sales Value and Days Sales Operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Sales Manager must have a minimum of 4 years experience for Field Sales
  • An interest in nutrition is a plus, experience in pet food industry, specialised channel & vets would be ideal
  • Excellent understanding of product knowledge, background in nutrition and/or veterinary medicine is a plus
  • Strong Commercial Acumen, Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Must be willing to be mobile
