Job Description

  • Executes activities in the Sales Department to achieve targets for loan origination, sales productivity, unique borrowers, projects and others as set by the VP of Sales.
  • Works closely with the VP of Sales for the execution of the annual plans of Sales Department.

  • Works closely with other departments (Risk, Operations and etc.) to ensure credit and operational
  • processes comply with the Company's objectives and minimum standards.

  • Acquires prospective issuers/clients to help attain the Company's objective in terms of growth,
  • profitability and other objectives as set by the Management.

  • Prepares credit line proposals and completes credit approval packages in accordance with the
  • Company's objectives and internal procedures.
  • Evaluates credit worthiness of the clients/issuers and detects early warning signals of the account.

  • Establishes regular communication and develops profound relationship with the clients/issuers to
  • ensure business partnership stability.

  • Monitors the credit line performance of the existing clients/issuers to improve credit quality and to
  • minimize risks.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree is a must, Advance degree (MBA or Masters) is a plus but not required
  • 3+ years extensive professional experience in financial industry
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with business clients; has leadership potential
  • Has strong written and communications skills
  • High attention to details
  • Has excellent customer service skills
