Job Description

  • Market Strategy & Expansion: Identify and capture business opportunities within the Philippine meat and protein landscape.
  • Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with major wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-level negotiations on volume contracts, pricing structures, and service-level agreements.
  • Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with international logistics and production teams to ensure seamless delivery and inventory management.
  • Performance Tracking: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and detailed market intelligence reports to regional leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Non-Negotiable Expertise: Minimum of 8 years in sales within the meat industry, specifically with a deep, proven background in the Poultry and Pork sectors. Candidates without this specific product experience will not be considered.
  • Maturity & Tenure: Ideally minimum 3-5 years of experience, possessing the professional gravitas to engage with C-suite stakeholders and industry leaders.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Agribusiness.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Filipino.
  • Attributes: A self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and possesses a strong network.
