Job Description

Encompass everything from lead management, sales strategy, process optimisation, sales training & data handling

  • Implementation of sales strategy & methodologies, identifying KPIs and sales metrics
  • Customer data collection & analytics, producing customer insights for the business
  • Forecast future sales growth and create a tactical sales strategy, setting objectives around this
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all sales channels
  • Training and development of sales teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Head of Sales level talent needed given the large size of this FMCG company in the Philippines & the inevitable progression of the leader in this role
  • Background in general trade, modern trade, trade marketing & sales operations
  • 10 years+ progressive FMCG experience
  • Highly analytical & data driven
