About Our Client
The client is a fast-growing multinational consultancy firm offering business transformation services. They are present all over the world and are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance hub housed in Makati.
Job Description
The Senior Accountant is responsible for:
- Handling the company's general ledger accounts across APAC
- Preparing financial statements periodically and in a timely manner
- Performing monthly reconciliation and manage the AP, AR, and Cash accounts
- Finding methods and opportunities to facilitate process improvements
- Providing support during audit and submit tax filings to authorities
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Senior Accountant role is:
- Accounting graduate with at least 5 years of work-related experience
- Strong foundation in accounting especially in Philippines GAAP and tax laws
- Has been involved in process improvement projects
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Has good communication skills and possesses leadership potential
