Job Description

  • Fully responsible of the OEMs Profit and Loss (P&L) in the PH market, which includes delivery of the OEM budget and sales/revenue targets.
  • Develop and drive OEM partnership ecosystem strategy as aligned with both local and regional teams.
  • Develop an annual business plan with the OEMs and ensure partner alignment anchored to deliver sales/revenue targets; identify actions and solutions to mitigate business risks to meeting sales / revenue plan
  • Drive Go-To-Market plans engaging OEM partners and internal teams to develop and implement sales program initiatives, product launches, new distribution channels, etc.
  • Establish and drive Key Account governance framework that continuously assess OEMs partner needs and requirements, business performance and identify revenue opportunities that will deliver strategic business growth; own sales management pipeline and reporting to internal and partner stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Ensures compliance of OEM partner agreements, and proactively monitor compliance requirements are met as aligned with local market regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • Partnership/key account management, sales or business development experience.
  • Preferably with deep knowledge on how OEMs operate locally and regionally.
  • Strong relationship management, communication & negotiation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management on a day-to-day basis.
  • Results driven, experience in people management, team player, resilient, adaptable, passionate and proactive.
  • Existing relationships with OEMs, strongly preferred.
