Our client is an esteemed European luxury fashion house with a strong local and regional presence. They have a strong pool of high net-worth clients. As the brand continues their expansion plan in the Philippines, they are now looking for a Senior / Client Advisor be a part of their organisation.

Job Description

Senior / Client Advisor - Luxury Retail

  • Reporting to the Boutique Manager
  • Performing day to day sales operations and client engagement
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to achieve relevant sales targets
  • Building long-term relationships with VIP and HNWI clients
  • Working with team members to accomplish KPIs
  • Maintaining visual outlook of the store and re-stocking of merchandise

The Successful Applicant

  • An entrepreneurship mentality and a sales-driven attitude
  • Amenable to work retail shift-hours and be based in the store
  • Familiarity with the luxury retail scene in the Philippines
  • Passion for retail industry and high awareness towards market, competitors and trend
  • Skilled in store operations, customer service, people management and training
  • Fluency in English & Filipino languages; ability to speak Mandarin, Fookien or Korean, strongly preferred
  • Education and/or work experience abroad, strongly preferred
