About Our Client

This client is a multinational medical technology company growing their Finance team in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Oversee end‑to‑end finance operations, ensuring accurate transactions, timely closings, and reliable reconciliations and reports.
  • Apply sound judgment to complex financial matters, review key accounting entries, manage audits, and recommend fixes to control gaps.
  • Resolve advanced reconciliation and accounting issues by analyzing root causes and implementing lasting solutions.
  • Lead performance measurement by reviewing financial data, identifying trends, setting operational KPIs, and sharing insights with leadership.
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance with BIR, PEZA, SEC, and DOLE requirements while overseeing internal controls and audit readiness under PH and US GAAP.
  • Mentor and guide finance teams while collaborating with cross‑functional and global partners to support strategic and operational goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years experience in Finance & Accounting Operations and Operational Excellence in a multinational Shared Service/Global Business Center.
  • Experience with Philippine compliance (BIR, LGU, PEZA) and US GAAP is a must.
  • CPA required.
  • 10+ years of experience in people management, ideally for teams with 50+ headcount.
  • Must have experience in a rapidly changing environment, with exposure to process migration, workforce transition, and process improvement.
  • Amenable to working on a hybrid setup based in BGC.
