Job Description

  • Lead the full lifecycle of major design and construction projects, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery from planning to handover.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee technical execution to ensure compliance with all quality, operational, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and financial performance, implementing mitigation and corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution across all project phases.
  • Uphold strong quality assurance practices and drive continuous process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Design and Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Brings at least 10 years of project management experience handling complex, large‑scale technical or facility build projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of design, construction, and operational requirements for high‑reliability environments.
  • Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and managing capital‑intensive projects.
  • Skilled in regulatory navigation, compliance, permitting, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Holds a relevant degree (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management) with PMP certification as a plus.
