Job Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for corporate finance matters and ensure timely reporting to head office.
  • Drive internal controls to improve accuracy in revenue and cost recognition.
  • Lead the annual statutory audit and ensure a smooth and efficient year-end process.
  • Oversee ad hoc projects aimed at improving reporting efficiency and mitigating risks.
  • Execute month-end close and ensure correctness of transactions and account balances.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly budget variance analyses for business divisions.
  • Coordinate annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting.
  • Support annual audits and prepare audit schedules aligned with group standards.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to uphold service levels.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (mandatory).
  • 5-10 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Experience with computerized accounting systems; knowledge of Dynamics AX is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data handling.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and ability to anticipate issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment.
