Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all accounting and financial reporting activities for the retail business.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to senior management.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Monitor cash flow, analyze financial risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders and executives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial management, accounting practices, and compliance.
  • UAE Finance experience is great to have.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
  • Familiarity with financial software and systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A track record of supporting strategic decision-making in the retail industry.
