  • Work strategically with management to help improve the business and HR processes
  • Act as a point of contact for the employees in their business line
  • Manage majority of the Human Resources facets of the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years in a strategic HRBP/Manager role, and 9-10 years in Human Resources
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup, to be based in BGC
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledgeable with majority of the Human Resources facets
