Job Description

  • Manage the entire Project Life Cycle (initiation to closing) from start to end across various lines of business
  • Create and implement changes to existing and upcoming innovative project management processes in alignment to the business' policies and procedures
  • Identify and monitor all tasks and members to ensure that project goals are achieved within the necessary timelines
  • Implement structures for reporting and control to ensure project monitoring efficacy especially for risk and change based on the business' defined methods for governance and standard processes
  • Ensure infrastructure and applications are in compliance of IT standards, policies, and guidelines along with other governing bodies (ex. BSP)
  • Lead and coordinate project teams with business partners and stakeholders to define project requirements and business cases, including coordination and management with cross-functional teams

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years of experience in end-to-end IT Project Management
  • Background or experience working in the Financial Services Industry
  • Certifications are a plus (PMP, PSM, Prince, Agile, ITIL, or anything similar)
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end system implementations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to IT concepts, problems, and issues
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate and negotiate with senior leaders
